PARNDON (GREAT), a parish in the hundred of HARLOW, county of ESSEX, 3\u00bd miles (SW by W) from Harlow, containing 396 inhabitants. The living is a rectory, in the jurisdiction of the Commissary of Essex and Herts, concurrently with the Consistorial Court of the Bishop of London, rated in the king’s books at \u00a316 10 7\u00bd and in the patronage of the Hon WTLP Wellesley.
