
PARNDON (LITTLE), a parish in the hundred of HARLOW, county of ESSEX, 2¾ miles (W by S) from Harlow, containing 103 inhabitants. The living is a discharged rectory, in the jurisdiction of the Commissaryof Essex and Herts, concurrently with theConsistorial Court of the Bishop of London, rated in the king’s books at £6. William Smith, Esq was patron in 1812. The church is dedicated to St Mary.
